I toyed with the idea of just using the same picture you do. =) But I decided to go with Umbria instead. I ended up staying up way too late last night choosing pictures to upload.
Glad you found & joined our New York City group. We'll be "officially" launching the new North American Untours for you really soon. For now, if you go to this page, you can see some preliminary info and apartment descriptions.
I am currently planning a trip to Tuscany for a week, and then planning to return to Rome for 3 days before our departure. I have been doing some reading about the driving conditions in Rome, which are intimidating. Here are my questions:
1. Would it be better to arrive early in Rome and see it at the beginning of the trip instead of the end?
2. One tour book says that it is cheap to take the train from the airport instead of a cab. How did you get from the airport to your accommodations?
3. Would it be wise to spend one day in Rome in case our luggage disappears before leaving for Tuscany?
