In response to my "View out the window" photo, Eleanor's cousin, Richard, and Danielle sent these photos of an October 28th snowfall at Lac Gauthier near Mont Tremblant, Canada. This is what Danielle said:
"Bonjour Bill,
The views from our windows ARE beautiful, although a bit different. As you may know, we had our first snow storm on October 28, thursday and that was what it looked like for 3 days. It is melting now and hopefully, I will be able to get my car up the road and have my snow tires put on.
Thank God for Richard new car: we breezed through the snowy roads like butter.
And we finally got our new TV. We could not listen to it for 2 days because we were without power, but we at least could look at it. The we OPEN it and it was better..."
